picked up 03/23/2013 about 29000 Mi
to much plastic and to long ;-)
stripped and shorted a few days later
with a used fuel-tank from a Honda Rebel
relocating about 90% of the electric under the fuel-tank

first start of the engine with new mini battery
(Ballistic 8-cell)!

fork and brake system off for rewok
(sealings, bushes, pistons...)
wheels are cleaned and polished

fork back, new head light, new tires most
of the weding is done
used seat from another Honda
(welding and other modification to get the seat fixed)
the frame was cut here and I welded some
plates in to close it

new, much shorter shocks are ordered (the profile
simulates max. compression)

harness shorted and split in two parts

air intake installed and self made mesh covers mounted
the covers are hiding battery, magnet switch and some
smaller relocated components
new, tiny speedometer installed (2:1 mech. type)

made new frontfender
(used a part of the original front fender)
made also new brackets and the fender is about a 30% of
the original length

rear fender was made from the rest of the
front fender and welded to a plate which is bolted to
the swing arm
both fenders are painted black
at the center section of the fenders I left a chrome stripe
more fender is not needed ;-)

tail light blinkers are fixed in a
polished aluminum tube (all lights are LED)
tail light is mounted to the seat (later bolted on the fender)

the bracket are made from a 1/2" L-shape steel profile.
I think I will move the plate more inside
paint job is done and wiring makes progress
exhaust finished
still some wires and cables hanging around

adapters for the front blinkers are made with 3D-Printer.
